A Brain Chip?
2020 is getting crazier. We just learned that the Pentagon has recovered an “off-world vehicle not made on this earth”. And that’s a direct quote. Happy Friday!
And if that isn’t wild enough, Elon Musk is coming up with a brain chip. The idea is for a chip implant that will stream music directly into your head. Scary? Cool? Undecided.
Spotify just announced their plans to release video podcasts. These videos can be viewed on both mobile and desktop and are made with the ability to also be downloaded and listened to as a traditional podcast.
Kanye West tweeted, then deleted, then he tweeted again, and then Kim Kardashian tweeted, and deleted. This sparked a conversation about mental health in general, with many people using their platforms to bring light to an issue that’s usually swept under the rug.
TikTok has announced that it will now be paying its creators. It created a $200M fund to “reward the care and dedication” creators put into its platform. To be eligible, users must be 18 years or older, meet a baseline for followers, and consistently post original content in line with their Community Guidelines.
